Setting up your fax broadcast

VIAFAX provides all the tools and capacity you need for an effective, high-impact communications program. Our service includes everything from setting up your fax broadcast to the completion of the campaign.


Database
If you have a proprietary fax list, Viafax will help you get the most out of it. Upload your list to Viafax, use our Fax Merge service and you can send a personalized fax to each recipient.

Viafax can send fax and/or email messages as part of the same campaign to meet the specific needs of each recipient.

Prior to the broadcast, Viafax will automatically de-duplicate and correct common errors, verify North American area codes and Metro Area CO (Montreal metropolitan) codes in your database.

If required, Viafax will store and manage your fax list (including revisions and additions at No Charge).

Viafax also gives you access to a proprietary fax number database that can be segmented geographically or by SIC code.

Document
Viafax has various tools to treat your documents according to their contents (pictures, text, graphics, logos etc.)

Digital conversion from original file (if possible) to fax format will ensure a high-quality fax document.

Our design department will work with you to create your fax message, choose type fonts, design graphics and develop the ideal fax that will achieve the greatest response.

Choice of standard or fine resolution mode is available.

Personalization
Every time you send a message to your list, you can tailor how the fax will look when received. For example, you can specify that you want a cover sheet, a header line (or a super header) or even merge data into the document for highly targeted faxing.

Job Reporting
Comprehensive broadcast reports for efficient list maintenance are compiled and faxed upon completion of the final transmission attempt.

Job Completion Reports may also be received via e-mail in protected PDF format.

Retry
When a number is busy or unavailable, the system automatically re-attempts deliveries 3 times (minimum and non-successive) or to another specific schedule selected by you.

Scheduling
Express, scheduled or off-peak delivery.

24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Customer service
Our friendly and dedicated staff is available during business hours to assist you with any current or future jobs and will handle your account on a one-to-one basis.
